Daniel Edwards is a dynamic, exclusive Personal Trainer who diligently creates a unique fitness journey for his clients outdoors.

Having being involved with professional sport & methodology all his life, Daniel has gained valuable knowledge and experience that turns passion for fitness into a result, not a starting point.

Daniel’s aim is to establish an active lifestyle for his client, learning the stability, mobility & flexibility foundations through functional training and sustainable habits at home.  

After a session with Daniel although challenging, you will feel energised, rehabilitated and ultimately the best version of yourself!

In-home personal training is designed to allow you to choose an environment where you are the most comfortable and will be the most successful. I will travel to your place so you will get the best experience.
